Improve Immunity with Ayurveda

Ayurveda Rasayana (rejuvenation) herbs, Yoga exercises, Pranayama, daily regimens and personal hygiene guidelines can be helpful strategies in controlling the spread of Covid-19. The preventive aspects of pandemic situations are narrated in Ayurveda with enough details. They need to be scientifically explored and refined for precision.

According to Ministry of AYUSH, the body’s natural defence system (immunity) plays an important role in maintaining optimum health. The ministry said that many state governments also followed up with healthcare advice on traditional medicine solutions to enhance immunity and disease-resistance, which are particularly relevant against the backdrop of the Covid-19 

Ayurvedic Immunity Promoting Measures

Take Chyavanprash 10gm (1tsf) in the morning. Diabetics should take sugar-free Chyavanprash. Drink herbal tea/decoction (Kadha) made from Tulsi (Basil), Dalchini (Cinnamon), Kalimirch (Black pepper), Giloy, Shunthi (Dry Ginger) and Munakka (Raisin) – once or twice a day.


jaggery (natural sugar) and/or fresh lemon juice to your taste, if needed. Half teaspoon Haldi (turmeric) powder in 150 ml hot milk – once or twice a day Drink warm water throughout the day. Daily practice of Yogasana, Pranayama and meditation for at least 30 minutes as advised by Ministry of AYUSH. Spices like Haldi (Turmeric), Jeera (Cumin), Dhaniya (Coriander) and Lahsun (Garlic) are recommended in cooking.


If you feel a prior sign like carona . Or feel a common fever with a cold.

Boil all 5 herbs of Ayurveda,



3-black pepper



Make decoction! Three times a day

2- Tablet Tribhuvan Kirti Ras

2- Tablet Giloy Satv.

1- Capsule Ashwatek_On

Experiment with the above decoction twice a day! Drink coconut water if thirsty!

You will be healthy after 4 days!

If you are suffering from fever like carona ! And is in old age!

Suffering from diabetes or heart disease! So use fruits-green vegetables regularly with your meal! In the morning, after breakfast multiply 10 by your body weight and eat four types of fruits of equal weight and eat it! Just before lunch, multiply your weight by 5 and eat four green vegetables of that weight and take other food.

Do the same with dinner!

4 glasses of citrus juice a day ie orange or seasonal pineapple !

Take 4 glasses of coconut water , throughout the day at an interval of 2 hour .
